The purpose of an assessment is to help determine if an individual has a substance use disorder. During the assessment, the counselor will discuss personal history, family, and relationship with alcohol and other drugs. The counselor will also work with you to determine an appropriate recommendation.

Outpatient addiction medicine clinic. Provides evidence-based treatment for addiction to opioids like fentanyl, heroin, and oxycodone, and stimulants like methamphetamine and cocaine. Medication-assisted treatment for alcohol withdrawal and relapse prevention also available.

Intensive Outpatient Program. A home and community-based treatment program for adults experiencing severe and persistent mental health symptoms. IOP offers the opportunity to develop sustainable coping skills, vocational skills, interpersonal skills, and self-awareness of mental health illnesses.

Intensive outpatient mental health program. Provides home and community based wraparound services for Medicaid-eligible youth (up to 20 years) with multiple and complex needs.

Outpatient program that allows clients to see a psychiatric provider for medication management without being enrolled in therapy. Clients will meet with their psychiatric provider at least once every 90 days for medication management. Providers may offer some counselling beyond the focus on medication management, such as motivational interviewing, active listening, or limited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) offered on an outpatient basis for adults who have developed opioid use disorder. Can provide patients with either methadone or buprenorphine. Patients who receive medication-assisted treatment also participate in individual and group counseling sessions.
