Low Intensity Track Program - Compass Health

Outpatient program that allows clients to see a psychiatric provider for medication management without being enrolled in therapy. Clients will meet with their psychiatric provider at least once every 90 days for medication management. Providers may offer some counselling beyond the focus on medication management, such as motivational interviewing, active listening, or limited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

To access this service, call and request an outpatient assessment. If you are already enrolled in services at Compass Health, talk to your clinician or psychiatric provider about this service.

Eligibility

LIT is for clients for whom therapy is not appropriate or those who are enrolled in therapy outside of Compass Health. This includes those who have graduated from therapy, those who don’t think therapy is for them, and those who don’t want therapy. Clients must be meeting regularly with their psychiatric provider to participate in LIT.
