This program provides new, sterile needles and equipment to people who use injection drugs, and provides connections to drug treatment, disease testing, vaccines, and other social services.

As part of the larger PREPARES program, St. Joseph Catholic Church organizes a regular drop-in event to provide diapers, wipes, and other family supplies. All are welcome to receive support and attendees can sign up for more support through PREPARES state program.

Program participants can take advantage of 200 square feet of garden space to grow their own food and flowers. Registration for new gardeners begins in January each year on a first-come-first-served basis.
