Teen Court serves 12-17 year olds in partnership with Whatcom County Superior Court and several high schools throughout Whatcom County. Student volunteers act as judges, jurors and attorneys (referred to as advocates), to both learn how a courtroom setting works and to offer an alternative to the standard criminal justice system.
