Brainspotting is a new type of therapy that can be used for people who have experienced trauma or have PTSD, anxiety, or ADHD, as well as those who struggle with impulse control, sports performance, substance abuse, chronic fatigue or chronic pain.

Designed to help both parents and children, PCIT is an intensive treatment program that works with parents and children together to improve the quality of the parent-child relationship and to teach parents the skills necessary to manage their child's severe behavior problems. PCIT is appropriate for children who are between the ages of 2 and 7 and exhibit certain behavioral concerns.
8-10 week long mental and behavioral health programs focused on helping young people ages 8-18 years old identify their feelings and needs, manage behaviors, overcome individual challenges and obstacles, set clear and attainable goals, and continually review progress towards meeting those goals.

Therapeutic animal visits for elders, schools, community and corporate events. Provides a unique opportunity for a multitude of community members to experience the joy and therapeutic benefits of animal interaction.
Weekly one-on-one or group equine therapy sessions with a Mental Health & Family Counselor and their team of horses. These sessions are conducted onsite at a peaceful, secluded farm, and are tailored to the needs of each participant.
