16-bed facility specializing in providing recovery-oriented, community based residential behavioral health services to individuals transitioning out of hospital, inpatient or institutional setting who otherwise would have no other placement options due to their experiencing complex behavioral, medical, chemical dependency and/or mental health needs.

Designated Crisis Responders provide legal assessment of grave disability and/or danger to self or others as a result of a mental health or substance use disorder for possible involuntary detention to a behavioral health facility. As a component of the evaluation, it must be determined that other, less restrictive options for stabilization of the crisis have been ruled out or deemed inappropriate.

Assisted Living Facilities provide 24/7 staff supervision to clients experiencing severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. Residential treatment offers a safe location for Clients to receive mental health treatment in a community-like setting.
