A co-occurring 32-bed facility providing 24/7 clinical support for individuals diagnosed with persistent mental illness and substance use challenges. Provides psychiatric, MAT, and counseling services through an integrated approach facilitated by qualified professionals.

Assisted Living Facilities provide 24/7 staff supervision to clients experiencing severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. Residential treatment offers a safe location for Clients to receive mental health treatment in a community-like setting.

Provides assistance to seniors and people with disabilities in need of state-funded care services.

Residential supports for adults offered in a comfortable, home atmosphere. All homes are open to any individual, including those with mental, physical and cognitive disabilities.

Provides residence, meals, medication management services, medical supervision, recreational activities and other supportive services to persons living with HIV/AIDS and who also may suffer from other diseases, mental illness, substance abuse, and/or developmental disabilities. To qualify for residency must have low or no income, diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, and be unable to live independently.
