Community First Choice Personal Care - Apple Health

A state Medicaid program (formerly Medicaid Personal Care, or MPC) for people on Medicaid who need help with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, bathing, or mobility. The program is administered by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), even for people who are not eligible for DDA. Personal Care services are typically provided in your home.

Physical Therapy - Kids in Motion Therapy Clinic

Pediatric physical therapists are movement specialists who work with children with a wide range of diagnoses from infancy through adolescence.
