Low-income households or seniors who live in Ferndale or North Whatcom County can select hygiene products once a month. Distribution happens at the Resource Center on Tuesdays from 10 am- 12 pm and Thursdays from 3 pm – 5 pm. Sign up when you come; no pre-registration required.

A day-use center for at-risk, runaway and homeless youth ages 24 and under. Youth can connect with supportive adults, receive basic needs items such as food, clothing and gear for sleeping outside, and connect with other resources that will help them end their experience of homelessness.

The City of Bellingham has partnered with Opportunity Council’s Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) to provide people experiencing homelessness access to hot showers via a three-bay shower trailer behind Bellingham City Hall. Towel and hygiene Kit provided. ADA unit available.
Limited supply of laundry vouchers available each week at Opportunity Council. Vouchers are limited to one per person per month, and are distributed on a first come first served basis every Friday at 8:00 AM while supplies last. Vouchers can be redeemed at Bellingham Cleaning Center.
