Peer Support - The EMBERcenter

One-on-one parenting support with a peer provider of your choice. Available for mothers during pregnancy through the first three years after birth. Schedule sessions via text, phone, or video chat as often as you want. Each session is about 30 minutes. Peer support providers are available in English and Spanish.

Pregnant individuals and parents of infants who have Apple Health/ Medicaid health insurance are eligible to receive: assistance applying for SNAP/ Basic Food benefits, Childcare Subsidy, and PFML benefits; nutritionist advice; help accessing medical and behavioral health care; and monthly gift cards for participating in Culturally Responsive Integrated & Strength-Based Parenting (CRISP) classes.
