An award winning, evidence‐informed home visitation case‐management model for pregnant and parenting moms with substance use disorders. This program serves pregnant and parenting moms who are self-disclosing to engaging in substance use during pregnancy. Pregnant and parenting moms may be admitted to the program from pregnancy or up to 24 months postpartum

Through Healthy Children's Fund funding, doula services are now available for Medicaid-eligible families in Whatcom County. Eligible clients can receive up to 3 visits before birth, help during labor and delivery, 2 visits after birth, and up to 16 hours of support after the baby is born.

When you enroll in NFP, you are connected with your own personal nurse who visits with you during pregnancy and until your baby turns two years old. Intensive case management for mothers struggling with sobriety. The client must either be under substance abuse treatment or completed in the last year. This 18-month program involves weekly contact to facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration with their service provider.
