Works with Whatcom County businesses to provide employment services to people with disabilities in our community. Services include help with getting and keeping a job, job coaching and on-site support, goal setting and career consulting, resume writing and interviewing skills practice, and empowerment and advocacy.

Helps individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness meet their personal vocational goals. Employment Services assess vocational interests and provide job development, career exploration, resume assistance, and interview preparation using an evidence-based supported employment model to further client development.
