Services include prenatal education, health and nutrition services, family development support, and home visits focusing on child development and quality early education. This program is for income eligible families.

A free, supportive program for women having their first baby. When you enroll in NFP, you are connected with your own personal nurse who visits with you during pregnancy and until your baby turns two years old. This program has been proven to benefit the health and well being of families. First time low-income moms in Whatcom County can enroll in the program prior to their 28th week of pregnancy.

An award winning, evidence‐informed home visitation case‐management model for pregnant and parenting moms with substance use disorders. The program serves pregnant and parenting moms in recovery with children up to age 2.
