Parent Child Assistance Program - Brigid Collins Family Support Center

An award winning, evidence‐informed home visitation case‐management model for pregnant and parenting moms with substance use disorders. This program serves pregnant and parenting moms who are self-disclosing to engaging in substance use during pregnancy. Pregnant and parenting moms may be admitted to the program from pregnancy or up to 24 months postpartum

In-Home Care - Northwest Regional Council

Long-Term Care services in the comfort of your own home. Home Care - Catholic Housing Services

Non-medical assistance for aging persons and those with disabilities living in their homes. Homecare workers do everything from housework (grocery shopping, laundry, dishes, etc.) to personal care (dressing, bathing, transferring, etc.). For all income levels, CCS brings affordable, personal care every day, sustaining those who are served with dignity in the home they cherish.

Supported Living - Cascade Connections Main Office

Supports adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes and to thrive in their communities. Home Care - Cascade Connections Main Office

In home care for adults and children with developmental disabilities, and individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Services include personal hygiene assistance, meal planning and preparation, housework and laundry, shopping for groceries and clothes, medication management and supervision, escort to medical appointments, bed and mobility transfers, respite services, and more.

Community First Choice Personal Care - Apple Health

A state Medicaid program (formerly Medicaid Personal Care, or MPC) for people on Medicaid who need help with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, bathing, or mobility. The program is administered by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), even for people who are not eligible for DDA. Personal Care services are typically provided in your home.
