Intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is a level of behavioral healthcare that is typically more structured and intensive than traditional weekly therapy. Virtual IOP programs are available for individuals (adults and teens), families, and curated groups.

A free 10 week-long skills workshop focusing on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Split into four modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. The 4-10 Week modules will meet every Monday on Zoom for 10 weeks from 5:00-6:30 pm.
