Weekend Backpack Program - Blaine Food Bank

In an effort to ensure that all children have access to food during the weekend the Blaine Food Bank is proud to partner with Wild Bird Charity and the Blaine School District to provide the food for three meals a day, as well as snacks, each weekend for children in the Blaine community who face hunger. Reservations required to select from four types of boxes: Basic, Latin American, Gluten Free, or Vegan. Anyone is welcome to use the Drive Thru, however, you cannot use both Bellingham Food Bank's Drive Thru and the Free Grocery Store in the same week.

Provides fresh and frozen produce, dairy products, meat, proteins, canned and dry goods, and bread. When available, items like baby food, vitamins, hygiene items, and vegetable starts also provided. Please bring your own bags or boxes. Pre-packed box delivery available for homebound individuals.

Freedge - North Fork Library

A community refrigerator packed with free nutritious food that breaks down barriers to food access. Expect to find the Freedge packed throughout the week with individual portions of surplus food from local restaurants, garden produce, and shelf stable pantry items. This Freedge is located to the right side of the library, and is available when the library is open.
