This benefit provides eligible consumers with a monthly discount of up to $9.25, or up to $34.25 per month for households living on on qualifying Tribal land. Certain Lifeline providers offer free phone service for qualifying households, and may provide you with a free cell phone.

Sign up for Internet Essentials for $14.95/month with no annual contract and free equipment. Families who qualify for Internet Essentials but have outstanding Xfinity debt may qualify for debt forgiveness as part of the Essentials program.

Washington youth in foster care and their caregivers can request funding for various school fees, uniforms, college application fees, hair care, extracurricular activities and summer camps.
Additional housing or utility cash benefit for individuals and families already in the TANF or SFA programs. Program intent is to keep people in housing, prevent utility disconnection, or get clients into housing.
Washington residents of all ages with disabilities of all types, including seniors with age-related functional limitations, are eligible to receive low-interest loans up to $25,000 for assistive technology, and up to $60,000 for home modification and adapted vehicles.

Provides merit-based summer scholarships to middle and high school public school students in Whatcom County. Students may apply for summer enrichment camps in a variety of areas such as music, science, art, debate, technology, dance, leadership and many others.
Helps eligible refugees and other humanitarian immigrants by providing cash assistance for up to eight months from their arrival date in the United States (or from the date of their immigration status for asylees or victims of trafficking). RCA is for eligible people who do not have minor children.

If you own your manufactured or mobile home and live in a community that is closing in Washington State, you may be eligible for relocation assistance. Manufactured and mobile home relocation assistance is provided to eligible low-income households on a first-come, first-served basis.

The HELP program provides assistance for residential customers to help pay Puget Sound Energy bills. If qualifying, your account is credited to aid in bill pay.
