A limited number of car seats are available for Whatcom County families referred to SWRFA through local social service agencies.
Provides one sleeve of diapers and one pack of wipes per visit to families in Whatcom County. To be eligible, a family must have children ages 0-5 yrs old, household income must be 60% AMI or less, and the family must not have other resources to cover the cost of items.
