This program is for homeowners who live in a mobile home park located within the Bellingham city limits. Eligible mobile home park addresses are: 119 N Samish Way, 3802 James St., 2400 Donovan Ave., 2625 W Maplewood Ave., 1200 Lincoln St., 4000 Flynn St., 2500 Samish Way, 425 Chuckanut N., 2015 24th St., and 4015 Eliza Ave.
