Medicare Part D (Drug Coverage)

Nooksack Housing Department - Nooksack Indian Housing Authority

Provides housing opportunities for Nooksack Tribal community. Services include Low Rent Program, programs leading to eventual homeownership, and waiting list of Tribal members in need of affordable housing. Foster Youth to Independence - Youthnet

Eligible foster youth receive up to 36 months of rental assistance, with the possibility of a 24-month extension under the Fostering Stable Housing Opportunities (FSHO) amendments. Participants work alongside a housing support specialist to receive individualized services, aiding them in achieving self-sufficiency, addressing not just their immediate housing needs but also their long-term stability and independence.

Orthodontic Program - Smiles Change Lives

Provides access to life-changing orthodontic treatment for children from families that cannot afford the full cost of braces and children in foster care. To qualify, families must meet regional income eligibility requirements. Children must be 7-18 years of age, have “good” oral hygiene and no unfilled cavities, have a moderate to severe need for braces, and not be wearing braces currently. \nFoster parents or agencies that are applying for a foster child do not need to submit proof of income to qualify.
