For Whatcom County residents who are currently housed or otherwise do not qualify for the coordinated entry pool.

9:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday. Closed for lunch 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.
