Provides one sleeve of diapers and one pack of wipes per visit to families in Whatcom County. To be eligible, a family must have children ages 0-5 yrs old, household income must be 60% AMI or less, and the family must not have other resources to cover the cost of items.

As part of the larger PREPARES program, St. Joseph Catholic Church organizes a regular drop-in event to provide diapers, wipes, and other family supplies. All are welcome to receive support and attendees can sign up for more support through PREPARES state program.

Social action program that has free household essentials for community members in need, including clothes, food products, and diapers.
Provides food to anyone seeking assistance, households are welcome to visit each open day. Fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, protein, and bakery items offered in an "outdoor undercover farmers market" setting.
Provides fresh and frozen produce, dairy products, meat, proteins, canned and dry goods, and bread. When available, items like baby food, vitamins, hygiene items, and vegetable starts also provided. Please bring your own bags or boxes. Pre-packed box delivery available for homebound individuals.
Provides produce, canned goods, breads, meat, and dairy items. No ID or proof of address required. Income guidelines are currently 400% of Federal Poverty Level.
Provides food and support to all community members in need. Individuals and families can visit once a week for as long as assistance is needed. Resources for baby supplies such as diapers and formula, and for pet food are available too.

If your child is on Apple Health medical, has special health care needs, and is 3 years or older, you can use the Apple Health Provider One medical to buy diapers from eligible vendors. Limit 200 diapers per month. See link for more details.

Provides free food in Bellingham and Whatcom County. There are no income, address, or ID requirements.
Free cloth diaper distribution program available to qualifying families who complete the application online or in person. This program helps families who are experiencing diaper need to switch to reusable diapers, by providing an initial loaned supply of cloth diapers.

At each weekly appointment, clients meet one-on-one with a trained peer mentor for one hour. With each lesson that is completed, clients earn “baby bucks” for supplies such as diapers, wipes, clothing, blankets, and much more.
