A mental health or addictions specialist is available to diagnose DSM5 disorders, make recommendations and referrals for treatment, and prepare court approved documentation.

Combined drug and alcohol course that includes a DUI Victims Impact Panel for basic education as well as court-ordered counseling. Provided over Zoom, schedule varies, see site for scheduling details.

Apartments designated for individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system and are otherwise homeless in Whatcom County. Referrals to this program are made through the Whatcom County Coordinated Entry program managed by Opportunity Council.
