A free Parents’ Day Out/respite program where kids with all types of special needs have fun while their caregivers get a break. Participants and their siblings have opportunities to make new friends, play games, do crafts, hear children’s stories, enjoy music, and more, while their parents get a break from their ongoing care-giving responsibilities. Community-based social respite programs designed to provide reliable, scheduled respite to those caring for a friend or family member living with dementia. A typical five-hour program includes low-impact social time, light physical activities, art and other creative projects, group-oriented games, and lunch, snacks, and light refreshments throughout the day.
A peer-support meeting for parents and caregivers who identify as LGBTQIA+, and with children aged 0-12. Groups will meet virtually once a week for 12 weeks.

Six hours of continuing education are required to fulfill parental obligations in receiving Medicaid Personal Care funding to care for their family member. Long-Term Care services in the comfort of your own home. Caregiving services, assistance with activities of daily living, nursing services, assistive technology, and even modifications to your house are aspects of in-home care. If you are needing assistance to live safely in your own home and meet income qualifications, you could be eligible to receive in-home care.

Provides supports to unpaid caregivers including informational resources, consultation and training, and respite care.
A state Medicaid program (formerly Medicaid Personal Care, or MPC) for people on Medicaid who need help with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, bathing, or mobility. The program is administered by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), even for people who are not eligible for DDA. Personal Care services are typically provided in your home.
