Good Neighbor Project - Lighthouse Mission Ministries

Project designed to enhance the neighborhood feel, build a community-partnered response to homelessness, and mitigate potential challenges arising from Base Camp’s downtown location. Services include a Downtown Bellingham Liaison available to support downtown residents and businesses with issues related to homelessness, an Incident/Concern Matrix tool to help business in their interactions with neighbors experiencing homelessness, dedicated litter patrol, bi-weekly Neighbor Advisory forum, de-escalation training, and more.
