Bill assistance for home heating, utility, and energy bills. Households must be income eligible to receive assistance. Help may be available for electricity, natural gas, propane, heating oil, and firewood bills. Assistance with heating and cooling infrastructure such as furnace repair and replacement or air conditioners may be available depending on funding and season. Can also assist with applications for Puget Sound Energy (PSE) and Cascade Natural Gas (CNGC) rate reduction programs.
