Eligibility
Young people must have an established dependency through the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) for 30 days or more after their 15th birthday, and before they turn 18 or be a part of a tribal welfare agency. Once eligibility is reached, if individuals have returned home or entered a permanent guardianship, they remain eligible for the program.
