Whatcom County Health and Community Services partners with community organizations and all seven Whatcom County school districts to coordinate and support prevention coalitions and community groups. Whatcom Clubhouse is a nonclinical social rehabilitation approach to address mental illness and is considered a ‘Peer Run and Support Program’. Any adult Whatcom County resident with a mental health diagnosis can apply for a free membership, which allows participating in structured, social daily activities at the Clubhouse location.

A 2-3 hour long mediation process for parents/guardians and teens to resolve conflicts.
Program will focus on how adding a baby to the family will affect one's relationships, family life, and regular obligations. It also offers a chance to connect and create community with other families expecting a baby. Designed for families in their third trimester of pregnancy, or who are planning to adopt a baby. It is recommended for families to register for a group that best aligns with their baby's due date.

CAP provides services to children and adolescents from birth to 22 who have been sexually abused or witnessed a homicide or violent crime. Rebound acts as a collaborative bridge between state agencies, schools, community-based services, the legal system, and churches. The Family Advocacy Support program strengthens connections with each family participating in programs by providing a single access point between Rebound and other social services. Services include one-on-one mentorship, referrals to additional services, and help for families to network with other families struggling with similar challenges.
