Provides job search support, career exploration, computer use, training on resumes and cover letters, and interview preparation. Job training programs for youth, adults, and mature workers, as well as worker retraining.

Provides in-person or remote support and community resource referrals so that youth may explore, identify, and achieve their goals in employment and education.

Helps individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness meet their personal vocational goals. Employment Services assess vocational interests and provide job development, career exploration, resume assistance, and interview preparation using an evidence-based supported employment model to further client development.

Offers services including cover letter and resume training, as well as interview practice, to job seekers who are on Medicaid.

Works with Whatcom County businesses to provide employment services to people with disabilities in our community. Services include help with getting and keeping a job, job coaching and on-site support, goal setting and career consulting, resume writing and interviewing skills practice, and empowerment and advocacy.
