Provides comprehensive legal assistance to help develop a secure parenting plan and navigate the process for obtaining Temporary Orders. Services are available to survivors of domestic violence, parents who need a parenting plan, individuals who have not yet filed anything in court, and participants who meet financial eligibility requirements *Please note: Attorneys do not represent clients in court.
Families that need support with services and resources meet with a trained Parent Advocate to formulate a strategy to obtain services tailored to the needs of their family member. These needs may include special education services, future planning for adult services such as guardianship, government assistance such as Medicaid, or conflict resolution regarding standards of care.

Annual remembrance ceremony takes place in October for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss of any kind.
Six hours of continuing education are required to fulfill parental obligations in receiving Medicaid Personal Care funding to care for their family member. Support group where parents can work through their grief in an atmosphere of understanding and compassion. The non-denominational Support Group meets for eight consecutive weeks and includes a social worker, spiritual guidance counselor, and an interfaith minister.
A free parenting program that runs for eight weeks, three quarters per year. The program is specifically designed for families facing challenging life circumstances who desire to develop family-building skills. Parenting classes are held one evening per week in Bellingham, and include a hot meal, nursery care for children ages 4 and under, and Kids Groups for elementary and middle school aged children facing complex life challenges.
