Empowering individuals with vision loss to live independently in their homes and communities. You may qualify for the program if you are at least 24 years old, experiencing vision loss, having trouble living independently, not employed or looking for work, and not in school or planning to go to school.

CFI receives referrals from Neuro-Rehab Management to serve veterans who need long-term case management and independent living skills training due to a brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other neurological disorder. Provides community-based services and resources to assist veterans as they seek greater independence in their homes and communities.

Assists individuals with disabilities with transitioning from institutions such as nursing homes and back into the community.
A free overnight workshop for youth ages 16-24 who experience disability, plan to live independently, and have career or educational goals. The workshop focuses on preparing for college and/or employment and learning independent living skills.
Supports adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes and to thrive in their communities. Supports may include, but are not limited to personal care, financial support, budgeting, bill paying, cooking and cleaning, support making and attending medical appointments, positive behavior supports, and community integration.
