Advocacy counseling is available to clients who want to meet one-on-one with an advocacy counselor. Sessions are available on a scheduled basis during business hours or during specific walk-in hours. These sessions are strength and empowerment-based and include emotional support, on-going safety planning, identifying coping skills, problem solving, information about the effects of domestic violence and sexual assault, and referrals to other community resources. Advocates can also provide emotional support during medical exams.

Services include crisis stabilization, safety planning, and referrals for ongoing care. The facility can also accept drop-offs from law enforcement and emergency medical technicians as a diversion alternative to jail or the emergency room.
