Mediation, conflict coaching, and phone conciliation services for community members facing housing-related conflict who wish to resolve disputes, improve communication, increase understanding, successfully negotiate payment or re-payment plans, discuss deposits and move out timelines, address lease agreements and other related issues, and move forward with creative solutions determined by the parties. Landlord Damage Relief Program - Washington State Department of Commerce

Provides Washington landlords with an incentive and added security to work with tenants receiving rental assistance. The program offers up to $1,000 and up to fourteen days’ rent loss to the landlord in reimbursement for some potentially required move-in upgrades, and up to $5,000 in qualifying damages caused by a tenant during tenancy.

Foster Youth to Independence - Youthnet

Eligible foster youth receive up to 36 months of rental assistance, with the possibility of a 24-month extension under the Fostering Stable Housing Opportunities (FSHO) amendments. Participants work alongside a housing support specialist to receive individualized services, aiding them in achieving self-sufficiency, addressing not just their immediate housing needs but also their long-term stability and independence.
