Crisis Assistance - The CAP Center

Provides assistance to residents of Blaine, Birch Bay, Custer, and Point Roberts who have short-term emergency needs for financial assistance, including utility bills (shut-off impending), critical prescription needs, grocery vouchers (when other food assistance is not available), and emergency gasoline assistance.

Increasing independence for Washington youth in foster care by providing reimbursement for Washington state ID, learner’s permit, driver’s license, driver’s education fees, driver's testing and practice sessions, roadside assistance and towing, motor vehicle registration and tabs, basic car repairs and maintenance, gas assistance while learning to drive, and auto insurance coverage.
