Blaine Clothing Bank - The CAP Center

Provides free clothing and household linens to residents of Blaine, Birch Bay, and Custer. Limited hygiene supplies may also be available. The Clothing Bank is located in the basement of the CAP center. Enter through the right side of the building and go down 7 steps.

Basics for Babies - Opportunity Council Community Resource Center

Provides one sleeve of diapers and one pack of wipes per visit to families in Whatcom County. To be eligible, a family must have children ages 0-5 yrs old, household income must be 60% AMI or less, and the family must not have other resources to cover the cost of items.
