Provides one sleeve of diapers and one pack of wipes per visit to families in Whatcom County. To be eligible, a family must have children ages 0-5 yrs old, household income must be 60% AMI or less, and the family must not have other resources to cover the cost of items.

The Holiday Giving Store is set up just like a store, but gifts are free to families that qualify. The store is stocked with a variety of gifts and toys, and warm clothing like pajamas and sweatshirts are available for parents or guardians to choose for each child.
