Food Benefits Reimbursement - DSHS Home and Community Services Office

Food benefits lost due to administrative error or stolen by electronic fraud from EBT cards can be replaced by the state. Food destroyed in a household misfortune (fire, etc) or a public disaster may also be eligible for reimbursement. Contact your agency caseworker to submit your replacement request.
