Combines financial coaching with benefits planning, providing specialized support to assist with planning for a future of financial security and supported independence. Services are offered free of charge to youth ages 14-25 who self-identify with a disability.

A screening to identify any factors that may interfere with a child’s learning, growth and development. The screening is also provided to help parents identify their child’s strengths and weaknesses and provide home suggestions and/or further evaluation if needed in any area of concern. Any child, birth to five, whose family or care givers would like more information about their child’s development can contact their local school district to receive a free Child Find Screening.

A free Parents’ Day Out/respite program where kids with all types of special needs have fun while their caregivers get a break. Participants and their siblings have opportunities to make new friends, play games, do crafts, hear children’s stories, enjoy music, and more, while their parents get a break from their ongoing care-giving responsibilities. Health care coverage and Cash Assistance Program for individuals who are age 65 and over, blind or disabled who meet income and resource requirements. Cash assistance and a referral to the Housing and Essential Needs program available to eligible individuals who are determined likely to meet Supplemental Security Income disability criteria based on an impairment(s) expected to last at least 12 consecutive months. This program provides maximum monthly cash grant of $450 for a single individual or $570 for a married couple.
Free one-on-one financial coaching for people with disabilities in Washington and Oregon. Topics include credit, savings, debt, budgeting, banking, identity protection, benefits, and assistive technology.

CFI receives referrals from Neuro-Rehab Management to serve veterans who need long-term case management and independent living skills training due to a brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other neurological disorder. Provides community-based services and resources to assist veterans as they seek greater independence in their homes and communities.
