Also provides community health prevention and education services to ensure patients receive health care to the fullest extent including, Medical, Dental, Community Health/Health Nursing, Mental Health Counseling, Chemical Dependency Counseling, Chemical Dependency Prevention and Contract Health Services.

Provides linguistically and culturally appropriate health care services and health information to the farmworker community. During high migrant season, services include mobile medical and dental clinics at farms, farmworker camps and housing sites, and summer health fairs. During off-peak season, services include culturally-appropriate workshops, and presentations and events to farms, housing sites and gathering spaces on critical health topics.

Provides dental care that is not otherwise available in the community for patients with developmental and acquired disabilities. Adults with DDA Medicaid benefits are usually eligible for DECOD services. Other individuals may be eligible if they meet state requirements.
