Meeting room reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be made no more than 24 weeks in advance. Computers and Technology Access - Bellingham Public Library Barkley Branch

Bellingham Public Library locations provide public access to computers, and printing and copying equipment (15 cents per black and white page, 50 cents per color page). Visitors with a Bellingham or Whatcom County library card may use a computer with internet access for up to 120 minutes a day. Visitors without a library card may use a guest pass. Free wireless internet access (WiFi) is available in all library buildings.

Provides affordable home Internet for qualifying households as well as low-cost computers, free WiFi hotspots, and free Internet training. Sign up for Internet Essentials for $14.95/month with no annual contract and free equipment. Families who qualify for Internet Essentials but have outstanding Xfinity debt may qualify for debt forgiveness as part of the Essentials program.

Good Neighbor Project - Lighthouse Mission Ministries

Project designed to enhance the neighborhood feel, build a community-partnered response to homelessness, and mitigate potential challenges arising from Base Camp’s downtown location. Services include a Downtown Bellingham Liaison available to support downtown residents and businesses with issues related to homelessness, an Incident/Concern Matrix tool to help business in their interactions with neighbors experiencing homelessness, dedicated litter patrol, bi-weekly Neighbor Advisory forum, de-escalation training, and more.
