Training for service providers who may serve the immigrant community as part of their work. These sessions answer questions that community members may have about the immigration system, immigration enforcement, and how immigration issues affect the communities they serve. Training includes an overview of the immigration system and immigration status as well as which resources are available in the community.
A two-part initiative designed to provide comprehensive support to immigrants through informational sessions and personalized legal consultations. In the first part of the clinic, volunteer immigration attorneys conduct an informational session, offering valuable information on various immigration topics. In the second part, participants can meet with immigration attorneys for individual consultations to address specific concerns and receive tailored legal advice.

A local office of World Relief, a global faith-based humanitarian organization focused on helping refugees and immigrants in vulnerable situations rebuild their lives in a new country. Services include refugee resettlement, aid for Humanitarian Parolees, immigration legal services, English and cultural orientation classes, and family programs. Topics covered include what to do if you are approached by a police officer or immigration official, how the latest executive actions on immigration may affect you or members of your community, and a basic introduction to the United States' immigration system. Classes for adults to work together to study reading, writing, and speaking in English. Classes include Talk Time (practicing English conversation), preparing for the GED (General Education Diploma), citizenship test preparation, learning and improving basic computer skills, and open computer lab for learning how to use online educational resources. NWIRP ensures that people with disabilities can attain U.S. citizenship, fights wrongful citizenship denials, represents people with criminal records who are still eligible for U.S. citizenship, and defends U.S. citizens who have been wrongfully placed in removal proceedings.

Provides direct representation to immigrant survivors of violence seeking immigration benefits. While this unit handles several hundred immigration cases per year, the demand for assistance continues to be greater than the available resources meaning there is a long waitlist for clients seeking help.

Defends the rights of people who have a fear of persecution in their home country and help them gain safety through asylum. Also assists 'pro se' applicants with navigating the asylum application process, and works with outside agencies, communities, and organizations to promote the rights and dignity of and offer support services to persons fleeing persecution in their home countries.

Starting May 7 2025, REAL ID compliant identification will be required for air travel inside the USA and entry into some federal locations. Enhanced driver's licenses and enhanced identification cards from WA DoL do qualify as REAL IDs. For more information, visit the Department of Licensing.
