Library meeting and conference rooms are available for reservation when they are not being used by library groups or government organizations. Meeting room reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and may be made no more than 24 weeks in advance. Individuals wanting to use the conference room in the South Whatcom Library should reach out to Sudden Valley Community Association.
