High School 21+ program allows colleges to grant high school diplomas to individuals who are 21 years or older. Basic Skills & GED Test Preparation classes helps students prepare for all four GED test subject areas (writing, math, science, and social studies) as well as improving test-taking skills, digital skills, and taking practice tests.

The Whatcom County Triage Center (WCTC) in Bellingham can accommodate up to 16 individuals at once who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Services include crisis stabilization, safety planning, and referrals for ongoing care. Individuals may self-refer or be referred by a community partner such as a behavioral health provider, hospital social worker, or medical provider. The facility can also accept drop-offs from law enforcement and emergency medical technicians as a diversion alternative to jail or the emergency room.

This program is for adults with serious mental illness, dementia, mood disorder or other neurological disorders.
