Community First Choice Personal Care - Apple Health

A state Medicaid program (formerly Medicaid Personal Care, or MPC) for people on Medicaid who need help with activities of daily living, including eating, dressing, bathing, or mobility. The program is administered by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), even for people who are not eligible for DDA. Personal Care services are typically provided in your home.

This free class is an experiential learning program for people experiencing a mental health challenge who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery. Geriatric Transition Program - Sunrise Health Homes and GTP Services

Free introductory courses for people who have no computer experience or who need a little extra training. High School 21+ program allows colleges to grant high school diplomas to individuals who are 21 years or older.
