Eligible foster youth receive up to 36 months of rental assistance, with the possibility of a 24-month extension under the Fostering Stable Housing Opportunities (FSHO) amendments. Participants work alongside a housing support specialist to receive individualized services, aiding them in achieving self-sufficiency, addressing not just their immediate housing needs but also their long-term stability and independence.
