Medicaid Diaper Program - Apple Health
If your child is on Apple Health medical, has special health care needs, and is 3 years or older, you can use the Apple Health Provider One medical to buy diapers from eligible vendors. Limit 200 diapers per month. See link for more details.
Application process
Contact an eligible vendor and ask for "intake" to set up an account.
